Volunteer at the Christmas Market

Be part of the holiday magic! Help us host a warm, welcoming Christmas Market for families, vendors, and our community—while supporting pollinator education.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Set-up from 8:00 AM; clean up until 6:00 PM)
Location: Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds (Chippewa Falls, WI)

Volunteer Roles Include:

  • Event Setup/Takedown

  • Welcome Table & Greeters

  • Santa's Helper

  • Cookie Decorating

  • Porch Pot Assistant

No prior experience needed — we’ll provide brief training and support on-site.

What to Expect:

 

  • Check‑In: Please arrive 10 minutes before your shift at the Volunteer Desk (near the main entrance).

  • Training: Quick role‑specific overview provided at check‑in.

  • Dress: Comfortable shoes; festive attire encouraged! (Layers recommended.)

  • Community Impact: Your time supports CVBE’s mission to educate our community about pollinators and sustainable living.

Choose one or more shifts that fit your schedule. You can volunteer for a single shift or stack multiple shifts if you’d like to stay longer.
